Sensory Dynamic Orthosis - SDO® Original DZ 'Double Zip' Suit    

SDO^® Original is a made-to-measure Lycra^® garment (Class 1) medical device. The DZ Suit assists postural control of the shoulders and trunk whilst improving sitting and standing posture.­ This garment has been designed to meet the increasing demands of the wearer to ensure effectiveness. The double zip provides an option that will make the application and removal of the garment easier as well as enhancing the handling of child or adult around the crotch area. Used to increase cutaneous and proprioceptive feedback whilst providing musculoskeletal support and alignment to the torso, the SDO^® Original DZ Suit is a completely bespoke garment. Choosing and selecting from our complete range of reinforcement panels, combined with the garment option and chosen theme, the the desired result is achieved.

SDO^® Original DZ Suit - PCP73A

The SDO^® Original DZ suit has a double open front zip (neck to front of leg with each zip going in same direction) and a closed back zip.

SDO^® Original DZ Soft Panel Suit - PCP73B

The SDO^® Original DZ suit with a double zip and soft panel has a double open front zip (neck to front of leg) with a soft fabric inserted in the front panel between the zips and has a closed back zip. This suit is designed for patients with severe reflux and those who are naturally ‘pot-bellied’ or when discomfort is experienced after eating.

SDO^® Original DZ Expanding Zip Suit - PCP73C

The SDO^® Original DZ suit with a double expanding zip. This suit has a double open front zip (neck to front of leg in opposite directions to reduce bulkiness) with expansion sections on each zip and a closed back zip. This suit is recommended where more than normal circumferential growth is anticipated.
